This is a freelance, project-based engagement. You'll work directly with our team, take a brief, and ship creatives that get the right people to stop and pay attention.
Volume: ~15–20 assets a month to start
Scope grows with us: as we scale, more channels, more formats, and more of the customer journey moves into your hands
Compensation: project-based freelance; rate discussed during conversations
What you'll own
Facebook and Instagram / Meta ad creative - static and motion, from concept to delivery
Translating product positioning and campaign briefs into visual concepts that convert
Iterating on creative based on performance data - what's working, what's not, what to try next
Maintaining visual consistency across campaigns while pushing creative boundaries
