- Year-one target: €350k–€550k+ new ARR
- Typical deals: €10k–€30k ACV, annual subscriptions, sales cycles under 90 days
- Motion: outbound-led (inbound supported by marketing), multi-threaded, often with a hands-on trial as part of the close
What you'll own
- Build and run outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, email, calls) threaded across multiple stakeholders
- The full sales cycle: discovery → demo → trial → proposal → close
- Selling a new category: educating buyers, creating urgency, making the "ask your data, get decisions" shift land
- HubSpot discipline: clean stages, next steps, close dates, and a forecast you can stand behind
- A clean closed-won handover to our CX team
Who you'll sell to
First focus: real estate (entry point), retail & e-commerce, media & publishers. You'll engage Asset Managers, CX & Insights owners, Customer Success leaders, and IT/security where needed, usually several at once.
