Founding Account Executive (New Business) (m/f/d)

Your mission

This isn't inheriting a territory someone else built. As our Account Executive for New Business, you own new business end to end -from first outbound touch to signed contract- and you turn what the founders have already proven into a motion that scales. You'll be our first dedicated seller: you shape the playbook now, and as we grow you'll help build and lead the commercial team behind it.

  • Year-one target: €350k–€550k+ new ARR
  • Typical deals: €10k–€30k ACV, annual subscriptions, sales cycles under 90 days
  • Motion: outbound-led (inbound supported by marketing), multi-threaded, often with a hands-on trial as part of the close

What you'll own
  • Build and run outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, email, calls) threaded across multiple stakeholders
  • The full sales cycle: discovery → demo → trial → proposal → close
  • Selling a new category: educating buyers, creating urgency, making the "ask your data, get decisions" shift land
  • HubSpot discipline: clean stages, next steps, close dates, and a forecast you can stand behind
  • A clean closed-won handover to our CX team

Who you'll sell to
First focus: real estate (entry point), retail & e-commercemedia & publishers. You'll engage Asset Managers, CX & Insights owners, Customer Success leaders, and IT/security where needed, usually several at once.

Your profile

What we're looking for
  • 2-4+ years closing B2B SaaS, outbound-first (not SDR-only)
  • A true hunter; you work independently, own your number, and deliver results without being managed to them
  • A track record of creating pipeline and closing independently ; you've packed your own bag
  • Strong discovery, demo and negotiation; including with C-level / executive buyers
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment; you move quickly and adapt
  • Strong affinity for digital products, AI and tech; you get genuinely excited about the space and can speak credibly to technical buyers
  • You thrive in ambiguity; you build processes and don't sit still
  • Strong HubSpot experience and fluency with modern sales tooling (Calendly, sequencing, etc.); clean CRM habits; MEDDICC or SPICED a plus
  • Fluent Business Level German and English
  • Open to 1-2 days/month travel in DACH (expensed)
