What you'll do
- Define GTM strategy: ICP, segmentation, vertical priorities, messaging, and build AI agents that operationalize it, not just documents that describe it
- Own the outsourced marketing agency relationship, and augment it with AI-powered content, targeting, and performance loops you design yourself
- Build the sales playbook, then automate the repeatable parts: outreach sequences, personalization at scale, lead scoring, qualification signals
- Architect the revenue operations model in HubSpot, and layer AI on top of it so the system surfaces what matters before anyone has to ask
- Build and run GTM reporting through AI-assisted pipelines, not manual pulls
What we're looking for
5+ years in B2B SaaS across GTM, growth, revenue operations, or product marketing
Genuine fluency in AI tools as daily infrastructure, not occasional shortcuts
Experience managing external marketing agencies or demand generation partners
Track record of building sales playbooks and enabling AEs to close
Strong analytical mindset: comfortable owning pipeline and conversion metrics
HubSpot at architecture level, not just as a user
Builder mentality: comfortable creating from scratch in a lean team
German and English (German preferred)
