Your mission
As Head of Sales at Saights, you’ll shape and drive our sales strategy for our AI-powered SaaS platform. You’ll lead all sales activities, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with clients. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience, you’ll help ensure our solutions fit the market and delight our customers. You’ll also play a key role on our leadership team, setting ambitious targets and guiding our go-to-market approach.
What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our goals
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts, reporting regularly to the CEO
Pipeline & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new business in mid-market and enterprise segments
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Represent Saights at industry events and networking opportunities
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Keep our CRM up to date and ensure accurate sales forecasting
- Continuously improve sales processes and share regular performance updates with the CEO
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and CX teams to align on go-to-market strategies
- Share actionable insights from customer conversations to inform product and marketing decisions
